Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal

At Reedomo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please read the terms governing product returns carefully.

 ⚠️ Important Note: Before returning any product, you must contact our store at info@reedomo.com. Do not send any product back until you have received the relevant instructions and the correct return address.

1. Production Method (Print-on-Demand) & Environmental Protection

All products in our online store are made exclusively for you using the Print-on-Demand method. We have consciously chosen this production method out of respect for the environment and the preservation of natural resources.

Unlike the fast fashion industry, Print-on-Demand production is guided by sustainability because it:

  • Eliminates surplus stock: We do not keep ready-made inventory in warehouses, meaning that products are never produced only to remain unsold and end up in landfills.
  • Reduces the environmental footprint: Each product is created, printed, and sewn only after you place your order, saving energy, water, and raw materials.
  • Limits carbon emissions: Products are often made at the fulfillment center closest to their destination, reducing transportation distances.

To actively support this environmental effort, we kindly ask you to choose your size carefully, always consulting the detailed Size Guide available on each product page. Every unnecessary return and reshipment involves additional transportation and places an extra burden on the planet. 

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Change-of-Mind Returns)

Under Greek law (Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason. 

  • Procedure: Contact us at info@reedomo.com, stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will promptly send you instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Address: Change-of-mind returns must be sent exclusively to our online store’s registered business address in Greece. We will provide the exact address when you contact us. Do not send the parcel to any address belonging to our production partner’s network (Printful).
  • Return Shipping Costs: You, the consumer, are fully responsible for the cost of returning the product to our registered business address.
  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original, excellent condition. It must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, must have all its tags attached, and must be accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the product at our registered business address and confirm its condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (Separate from the Right of Withdrawal)

If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, has been damaged during shipping, or is incorrect (a different design, color, or size from the one stated in your order confirmation), its return and replacement will be handled at no cost to you.

  • Notification Period: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Procedure: Email us at info@reedomo.com with clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect product, along with your order number.
  • Return Address: Once we approve your request, returns of this kind are handled by our production network (Printful). We will provide the specific address of the European fulfillment center where the product must be sent for inspection. Alternatively, we may arrange a free reprint and shipment of a replacement product without requiring you to return the original item.

 

4. Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is returned because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the courier within the specified time, it will be returned to the production network’s warehouses (Printful). 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again before the parcel can be reshipped to you.
